Climate change comes up in most weather-related news these days because it's a crisis that's been threatening humanity for decades. Climate change refers to the dangerous shifts happening in Earth's climate, caused by the sharp rise in temperatures and changes in weather patterns. It leads to severe consequences in various parts of the world, such as wildfires, floods, powerful storms, crop damage, and the death of animals. The experts responsible for studying these climate shifts, conducting research, and predicting what might happen to Earth's climate in the future are called "climate change policy analysts."
